‘I don’t want to be stuck in a box. I’m much bigger than that. I can be everything.’

Refusing to be pigeonholed as sexy, Brazilian supermodel Isabeli Fontana wants to enjoy every amazing experience she can pack into her busy life.

HFM talks exclusively to Isabeli Fontana – the Brazilian supermodel who’s been named one of the world’s top-earning models by Forbes, has walked for Victoria’s Secret countless times, been a Pirelli calendar regular and worked for every big name designer in her two-decade career, including Chanel, Versace and Armani.

The 35-year-old Brazilian was discovered at a talent competition in aged 13. “It was my neighbour who suggested it to my mum, who applied for me,” she told us. The following year she and her mum (“she’s always been with me”) moved from their small rural village of Curitiba, southern Brazil to Milan, in pursuit of her modelling career.

Deepika Padukone sizzles on Filmfare’s latest cover

Deepika Padukone sizzles on Filmfare’s latest cover

It’s always a good time at Filmfare when the reigning queen of the Hindi film industry graces our cover. She’s been on some of Filmfare’s best covers to date – holding trophies, getting de-glamed, with co-stars to just being simple and sweet. This time around we wanted to celebrate the rise and rise of the actress with a special cover. And a special cover requires a special location. The beauty flew with us all the way to the picturesque Sri Lanka to weave some visual magic.

And boy! Don’t get us started on the pictures. Photographer Errikos Andreau made the most of the vast beaches and mesmerising sunsets. Stylist Shaleena Nathani made sure the apparels matched DP’s persona and the beach vibe of our location of choice. Hair and make-up artist Sandhya Shekhar worked wonders on the actress’ tresses and dainty feature with her brushes. And of course, Cape Weligma played the perfect host to us all.

Even more scintillating than her pictures is the interview. She’s let her heart out like never before. From her journey, Ranveer Singh, Padmavati, Hollywood to her future plans… the superstar spoke about it all.
